Return policy and guarantee

For our customers' peace of mind, Brincos Diferentes has an exchange and return policy based on the Consumer Protection Code.

Defects
In the event of a bath or manufacturing defect, or damage in transit, the product purchased must be returned within 24 hours of receipt in its original packaging. 

Warranty
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will have up to one year against defects in the bath (provided the product is accompanied by the purchase invoice).

Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted up to 7 (seven) days after receipt of the product (provided it is accompanied by the purchase invoice) in its original packaging. Exchanges can be made for products of the same value. 

No exchanges will be made for promotional products.

Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 7 (seven) days after receipt of the product as long as they are without signs of use or damage in their original packaging and accompanied by the purchase invoice. 

After receiving and checking the product, we will take the necessary steps to reimburse you.
